Leslie A. Cotter, Jr. has been certified as a mediator by the S.C. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina since 1999.  He has been certified as an arbitrator by the S.C. Supreme Court since 2001.  He mediates and arbitrates cases statewide.

Certified mediator David A. Anderson had an extensive military career in Army Aviation.  He has a Commercial Pilots License in both single and multi-engine planes and helicopters.

Lydia Lewis Magee is a shareholder of Richardson Plowden in the Myrtle Beach office. She focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense, professional malpractice, insurance defense, and products liability claims. She provides representation to a variety of clients, including hospitals, physicians, surgeons, chiropractors, dental specialists, nurses and nursing homes.

Mrs. Magee received her bachelor of arts in political science, with a minor in history, from North Carolina State University in 1995. She earned her juris doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1999, where she served on the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal.

After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Kaye G. Hearn, Chief Judge of the South Carolina Court of Appeals from 2001 to 2003. Mrs. Magee currently is a member of the South Carolina Bar, Horry County Bar Association and the South Carolina Trial Defense Attorneys' Association.
