Healthcare Law Associate
Richardson Plowden & Robinson, P.A. is seeking an attorney with at least five years experience in healthcare matters.

This associate position is in our Healthcare Law practice group and requires knowledge of and experience working with the Anti-Kickback Statute and Safe Harbors, Certificates of Need, Contracts, Corporate Compliance, Medical Staff Matters, Mergers, Asset Acquisitions, Stark Laws, the False Claims Act, and HIPAA.

Candidate must be able to work independently and provide legal analysis and development of legal advice with respect to healthcare regulatory compliance; interpreting regulations and statutes; and drafting responses to compliance inquiries and disciplinary notices. Candidates should have experience with corporate and healthcare transactions as they relate to any applicable federal or state laws.

Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm environment, excellent research, writing and analysis skills, and must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
