A significant portion of Richardson Plowden’s practice is involved in the representation of various clients before the South Carolina General Assembly, the Office of the Governor (i.e., the Executive Branch), state agencies and regulatory entities, and local governing bodies on a wide range of issues. Additionally, Richardson Plowden has more than 30 years experience working with legislators, governors and the General Assembly, including their respective staffs, media, and industry and consumer/citizens groups.

The Firm’s attorneys include registered and experienced lobbyists who have resources and support staff to provide quality service to clients. Moreover, they have extensive previous experience with state regulatory agencies and the Legislative and Executive Branches.
